Dr. Paul Stephen Freedberg, MD

This Doctor and I use that jokingly, has absolutely zero compassion let me know I had cancer and gave my wife and I a 300 page book and no help or explanation on what comes next. We called him after the operation and I would think he would set up and appointment got no call back in two years. He should have his license taken away, run from this Doctor itâ??s your life and he does not care. While leaving his office they said they wanted the book back soon, bought one on Amazon instead.

My father spent a week in the hospital bleeding when he peed. His urology specialist called it a UTI and canceled the scope she was going to do before he was to be released. A week later, my dad starting bleeding again. My parents were lucky this time. Dr Freedburg was on staff. He did the scope , and he found a "spot" that intrigued him, he said it didn't look right, but added he wasn't to concerned, just wanted to make sure. When the results came back. My dad had bladder cancer! Thank god Dr Freedburg was on staff and was curious to my dads "spot". My dads first urologist called theb "spot" when she saw it "An irritation caused by the cath" . She didn't go any further. She called it a UTI and canceled the scope. Had he not started to bleed again. I'd hate to think where my dad would be 6 months later. Thank you Dr Freedburg.

I would ask that this man have his license to practice revoked. After a bout with cancer he is very insensitive to his patients needs. How can someone be so callous when he gets paid very well to do what he does. My theory, is, if you don't like your job get out of it. I have no idea how this man stays in practice. Go to someone else if you want any kind of human compassion. Obviously he is above the rest of us because he certainly knows how to make you feel beneath him.

they don't answer phone, they don't call back, they don't do what they say they will, you need to chase them constantly.

I found Dr. Freedberg to be very professional in his approach and in the information that he provided to me. He gave me options for my procedure and explained the pros and cons of all. He is not terribly personable, but I will take competance over personality and day!

rushing to get out of the exam room, very cold, i really thought it to be the worst experience i have ever had or could imagine. the dr. had no empathy and was very condensening. wrost experience ever i left the office crying.

I have had to go to Dr. Freedberg several times and have found him to always be the same: Aloof, dismissive and curt. He seems to be in the business for something other than the patient, as he attempts to spend as little time as possible with them. He answers questions poorly, and when he does listen, replies in an almost exasperated manner. Find someone more caring who will listen and cares about your well being.

Please. Look elsewhere. Trust me.
