Dr. Paul Bruce Friedman, MD

I am not sure what the review below is on about. Clearly they ignored the drs orders (we all pay our own insurance bills, you should listen to your dr) and are probably too in-their-own-head to understand how good the care they received was. Dr. Friedman was very kind and understanding, answered all my questions, and yes he is to the point - but that's good! No beating around the bush, no extra tests or anything needed. He did was he said he would and did a great job of it. Amazing, kind staff, and a hypoallergenic office dog! If you can I would suggest trying the nut chocolates!!

Dr. Friedman was very attentive and helpful in my first appointment where he had planned to take my gallbladder out. Day of surgery, he was OK. My post-op appointment is where I have my issues. He was very short, not helpful, and very rude to my father and I. He was angry that I had gone to the ER two days after my surgery (not his call, not like he’s paying my bill). He didn’t even get off of his stool or even scoot his stool closer to me to look at my incisions. He just had me stand up, lift up my shirt and he sat on the other side of the room and said they looked great. My father and I had asked some questions and he seemed so angry and didn’t answer them just gave us both attitude. Horrible experience. I am so glad my dad was with me because when I explain this story, no one believes me so I’m glad I had someone there to witness his horrible attitude.

Dr. Friedman is an excellent surgeon and simply a nice guy! And Olga absolutely ROCKS too! :)

Excellent Surgeon, no complaints, very easy to understand, very confident in his work. Would reccommend to everyone!
