The staff is horrendous. They do not know how to bill. You will wait hours for an appointment and they will refuse medical care. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here find a different doctor

This is absolutely the most unethical office I’ve ever seen in my life. Was told I would get a new prescription for anxiety, and instead was lied to left without medication and had my money taken with empty promises. He did not even know the state laws. Assured me I would have new medication and restart of mg that day, plus an exemption for more so as to not run out again, and was completely false and took my money. Stay away from this office! They claim they gave me a new order I used to dispense but I had 3 weeks left on old orders. And he claimed I would get new orders/mgs that day. He can not reset state amounts as he claimed and I was still left without relief! All lies! Also waited 3 hours. Left me there during his lunch! Or I should say lunch with a drug rep!

Cool doctor. He is very nice and patient. The office staff is not good. The girls don't seem organized, No coherent system. Excuse. Excuse after excuse why things are not done in a timely manner. No one to make sure things are being handled in a timely manner. The wait is to long. Don't think the doctor knows how much his patients are dealing with. Girls are nice but not efficient. Maybe it better then having a mean doctor and efficient office.

Dr Gambino is wonderful, but most of all kind, caring and understanding!!His office girls are amazing and sweet!! I couldn't be happier to have found such a great doctor !! One who is 100 % there for you!! 1 million thumbs up!!

While Dr Gambino is an excellent doctor most of the time, his office is the MOST DISORGANIZED office I have ever been to. They over book thier patients to the point I sometimes wait an hour or longer after my scheduled time. Then I wait another 30 min when I am put into a room. His support staff of doctors just plain ole suck!!! They dont introduce themselves to new patients they have never seen before. They even make you wait for 45 for a procedure outside of the office cause they dont know enough to actually SIGN an order for imagining! Needless to say dont go here for any reason. I will be finding a new doctor with hipfully a better run office!!

I saw Dr Gambino prior to surgery for clearance. His office was able to get me in the same day. Dr. Gambino took his time to review all my medical history and make sure everything would be okay for me. His staff was super helpful and the wait time wasn't bad at all.

I was having surgery and needed medical clearance beforehand. Dr. Gambino’s office was able to get me in the same day to complete all of my testing. He bedside manner was fantastic and he made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had regarding my upcoming procedure.

He went over every issue that could potentially be a complication with surgery. His beside manner and attention to detail was amazing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gambino's for the last three years. There are times when I have had to wait a little bit but I know that he is listening to the other patients issues just as he cares and listens to mine. He takes his time to make sure he addresses each of your concerns. I have seen the ARNP's as well if needed and they are fabulous.

Dr Gambino is amazing. He is very professional and doesn’t make you feel rushed when you are there. His staff if friendly and welcoming.
