"absolute worst front desk staff",I could not agree with you more , the office staff are the rudest and most idiotic I have ever seen. But why give doc Paul and bad score based on them?

I only gave him 5 stars because you don't have a 6th !

The older ladies at the front desk of this office are incredibly rude not only to patients but to other staff members. It is absolutely disgraceful the way they talk to one another not to mention the condescending manner they talk to patients. It is such a complete turn off I tell everyone I know to stay away from this practice. My complaints have fallen upon deaf ears regarding the demeanor of the staff as they are all still there. The one that specifically sticks in my mind is the check out lady. Absolutely the nastiness human being I have ever encountered. often times even the office manager can be seen out side smoking. very classy establishment!

I first saw Dr. Gold in 2009, unfortunately I moved out of the area for a couple of years and had seen a new physician, and was not happy with that physician. I luckily was able to move back to Waterford and continue seeing Dr. Gold. If you are ever looking for a new physician, I give this man the highest endorsement. Best Dr. in the state.

Dr. Gold is the best Doctor my fammily has ever went to! The other Doctors and staff are always very professional and heplful.

I've been Dr. Gold's patient for thirteen years now and he is just great, he listens, he cares, and he knows his business.

Back long ago when we first started going to his office the waiting time was horrendously long but in just a couple of years time he had his office straightened out on this major issue.Now the wait time is very tolerable most of the time, unless they all of a sudden have a patient in the office having a heart attack, been in when this has happened than the wait is understandable.
