Dr. Guidera, Nicole (PA), and staff were nothing but excellent. From the time I first contacted them to the time of surgery, they were prompt, available, thorough (with testing to make sure diagnosis was accurate), and excellent! I never needed even one pain med (over the counter or prescribed) since surgery. The shooting pain and numbness that caused sleepless nights and much discomfort were completely gone immediately after surgery. Thank you, Guidera team!

very poor communication, very arrogant, look elsewhere

I've had really good experiences with Dr. Guidera! He and his staff have been very responsive and answered all my questions. I had a successful surgeries on in two places on one hand and am now finding myself in need of the same surgeries on my other hand and I won't hesitate to go to him for this.

I went to Dr. Guidera a number of years ago. He operated on my wrist and hand. It was the best experience I have ever had. I was unable to get into his office the next time I hurt my wrist, St, Jo's was terrible and due the staff slapping on unnecessary plaster on my arm, they wrecked my shoulder from the sheer weight of the plaster. I strongly recommend Dr, Guidera.

This doctor is condescending and is driven only by greed. I found he cared nothing about my husband's work injury. He is very pompous and we will never see him again.

Dr Guidera works on behalf of insurance companies that hire him to debunk cases of people in real pain. He is a thief and a careless man who cares only about getting paid. He is bought. It is disgusting.

I went to Dr. Guidera for an elbow injury that resulted in lateral epicondylitis, tennis elbow. I was treated with physical therapy and told it could take up to a year to heal. I returned to Dr Guidera 16 months later because I continued to have pain on a daily basis when performing routine tasks. He was completely unconcerned and disinterested in my pain and even went so far as to tell me to "use your other hand" when I asked what I should do about the pain. I could not believe that a doctor would say something like that to a patient!! I immediately went to another doctor for a second opinion and he is now treating my pain, which was caused by additional tearing of the tendon in my arm. Something Dr Guidera never even bothered to check or consider. DO NOT waste your time with this man, his credentials should be removed and he should not be allowed to treat people.

My top Doc. I am a new patient and read the reviews online about Dr.Guidera all goo, but what really sold me was his time in service of his profession and that wonderful smile..I fractured my wrist rolling skating and he did an excellent job "PATCHING THIS OLD LADY UP", the incision is very small and does not make me look like Frankenstein, I am pleased. The healing process is great. His mannerism and explanation of what would happen in layman terms so that i could understand made me comfortable with him performing the surgery. I am in therapy and already using my wrist, still got some healing but considering my surgery was 02/2016, I am doing great. I will refer him to any family member friend co-worker or stranger. He gets a 5 star as far as I'm concerned! He also has an excellent friendly staff!

Friendly smiling receptionist! How often do you see that these days! Dr G and his PA saw me together. I felt so much better knowing I had all there attention. I broke my wrist at work and he gave me all the options. I wanted to get done with it asap so I had surgery. Dr G made sure the anesthesiologist gave my arm a block so everything stayed numb for almost a whole day after surgery. I started therapy three days later and was back to work in less than a week. If you hurt your hand or your arm, don't go anywhere else. They made me feel like they really cared about me.

Great staff. The doctor was very polite, very informative and took plenty of time to understand what my concerns were and to explain what was going on. I was relieved when he gave me options that didn't require surgery. I have sent two of my friends and my brother to him since then and all of them were as impressed as I was. Also appreciated the gray hair.
