Dr. Paul Richard Haller, MD

This doctor hardly listened to my issue before making his assumption without doing any physical assessment whatsoever. He then smirked at me when I pointed out that he was refusing to give me medical care. I don’t believe this doctor should be in practice. I received a huge bill after he essentially mocked me and flat out refused care. It was disturbing and bizarre to refuse to even do a physical exam with his eyeballs. Very unprofessional.

I came into the ER via ambulance with a very severe yet rare condition in dire need of assistance. He screamed accusations at me about drinking or drugs and demanded that I tell him what I took. Insisting that I took an illegal substance. I was in so much pain I was barely able to reply. He luckily admitted me and I did get assistance from other doctors who took the precious few minutes to look into my history. Sadly, my hospital stay was extended due to the underlying conditions. Since then I was able to see my neurologist who was appalled at the Doctor's unprofessional behavior. Dr. Paul's scathing notes are concreted embarrassingly into my history as "a manifestation of poor mental health." And something along the lines of patient has failed to take care of their mental illness. What he would know, if he cared to look, was a very healthy repeated history of continuous therapy sessions. And a rare neurological condition. I could have died had he continued to ignore my symptoms.… I was lucky others listened. This man clearly needs more training. I mean the sheer gal, imputance, and callousness to see someone at their most embarrassed and sickening condition and to shout allegations of drug abuse in their face while shaking their head and sneering is just deplorable. It might seem contrite but I'm going to say it, Physician heal thyself.

Not the worst doctor in the world but disappointed that he didn't run any types of tests when I came in the ER with a blood pressure of 55/38 and he thought I had a Vasvovagal episode. Again, no tests to make sure everything was fine. He was ok bed matters wise but just not fond of him.

Dr. Haller was VERY rude. He LAUGHED at my face and then continued to tell me "I know you want iv meds and I'm not about to give them to you" I was having an anaphylaxis reaction reaction, used an epi pen, and he just laughed and sent me out the door. He was TERRIBLE! and the hospital will be getting a report from me.
