Excellent doctor who is very thorough and patient. I had an awesome experience with this doctor and will recommend him to anyone. my health has improved tremendously since Doctor Hankenson has been treating my Parkinson disease.

I have been going to Dr. Hankenson for nearly 40 years. He is very knowledgeable and is very patient. His staff are great ladies. I have never heard him raise his voice, but I am sure he could if you do not follow directions. Very happy with my treatment and my son's treatment.

I was always pretty healthy and only went to see him once a year. Now, I have a health concern that I am very nervous about, and I do not feel that Dr. Hankenson is ruling out things he should be ruling out. I have talked to his MA several times, and then waited days, and hours and hours, for her to call me back. I have asked for him to order a MRI, which he has not, because he is happy with his own opinion. I have a compression fracture in my spine that happened spontaneously, without a known accident. The pain is getting worse and I have numbing of the surrounding skin. I believe it would be prudent to order a MRI to check to see that my spinal cord is not compromised. That I have to argue to have this happen is truly upsetting.

He treats women and elderly very bad he called my wife a b**** and to shut up and sit down when he was yelling at her parents which are in their 80's all because they took the script he wrote do not go to him he is a quack

He usually runs an hour behind. He does not communicate well. His office staff is incompetent, bungling simple tasks and also does not communicate.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hankenson's for years and have been very happy with his care. He is always willing to discuss my care and even give me information to take home. My unhappiness is not with him or his nurses. They are wonderful as well. My unhappiness is with the office manager and how she handles people. I find it very offensive and have not been back to see the Dr. even though I should, just because of her. I am not the only one with an issue with her. I hate to see a good doctor lose patients because his office staff is rude.
