I am happy to share my credentials and other information about myself with you. I have worked for Kaiser Permanente since 1989. I have really enjoyed the experience. Kaiser Permanente members are really great!
Biography
I am originally from Pasadena. I went to the Midwest for undergraduate and medical school and I am very happy to be back in warmer Southern California. I really like working with pediatric patients. I volunteer at a community clinic once a week. I also serve as an attending physician at UC Riverside's bio-medical program
About my practice
I believe in more preventive and self care and I believe less in medication. (there are, of course, exceptions for some conditions).
How I thrive
I practice what I preach; I exercise and eat healthy. I run in my spare time, occasionally competitively. Otherwise I like to read and hang out with my family.
