he can include on his resume a federal indictment includes conspiracy to distribute, money laundering, and insurance fraud. hope he enjoys jail, he screwed hundreds of patients, even his own family when he skipped town

Dr Hoover was always good with me and I wish he had an office so I could go back to him.

Regarded Dr. Hoover as a caring provider, till he skipped town. Before he left most of the staff quit, the office was filthy. He would have patients wait for hours, come into the office then run them through in minutes. unnecessary weekly visits. Ran the place as a cash cow in my opinion. He left hundreds of people scrambling for medication and finding a new provider. Disappointed, he should be ashamed

Dr. Hoover is one of the greatest doctors I have ever seen. He has an outstanding bedside manner.

Dr. Hoover is caring and takes time to answer Questions and keeps good records, and is a GREAT Doctor. He will send you to the best Doctors, he knows.
