Was referred to Dr. Howard by Dr. Chavez. He was very snarky. Very rude. Asked why I brought her in and that the lump on my daughter was normal. Did not answer my questions of concern and acted like my child was a bother. Will not see him again. Will look for another ent in another city.

My mom was referred to Dr. Howard because a CT scan showed she had a thyroid mass deviating her trechea. After weeks of visits to the ER because she couldn't breathe they did the CT scan. While waiting 9 days to get in to see him there were several more ER trips only to be sent home. When we took her to see Dr. Howard he spent very little time looking at her. He ran a scope down her nose and throat and said she was fine. We left there and ended up at ER several more times. After asking to put her in the hospital we finally got a Dr. who immediately asked about her thyroid mass. We were sent from Big Spring to Odessa to have her thyroid removed. We are very unhappy with the service Dr. Howard gave her with s life threatening mass causing her to not breathe well. Never again.
