Dr. Paul Y. Jee, MD

Dr. Jee has been my husband’s and my primary doctor for over 20 years. He is always attentive and listens to our concerns and orders tests as needed. We both see him every six months for follow up appointments. We feel he is a great primary care doctor.

My wife Milagros & I have been seeing Dr Jee since he moved his practice to Salt Point from the village of Millbrook at a time when I was having both intestinal & balance issues. Post lab work he ordered at Sharon Hospital, he cautiously but efficiently addressed my long nagging intestinal problem which entailed periodic bouts of pain akin to blunt force trauma for which I'd been long seeing a good GP in Washington, DC. It was Dr Jee who at last tried a cheap heart burn drug even though my pain felt nothing like heartburn. It worked. Looking at me face to face during a general diagnostic interview a year or so later, he suddenly said, I think you have Parkinson's. He scheduled an appointment with a Hudson valley neurologist whose testing confirmed his suspicion, as did the VA hospital in DC which further associates my Parkinson's with Camp Lejeune toxic water & Agent Orange exposure in Viet Nam.

Dr jee should be called a drug dealer bc he is quick to put ppl on narcotics. I wouldn't see this dr if I were on my death bed ever again!!!!!

I never write online reviews, but my experience was so bad, I felt it necessary to alert the public. Do not visit Dr. Jee. Here are a few negative things: -Rendered unnecessary tests, costing money.out of pocket -Was rude to his nurses and not friendly to patients. -He and his office staff were careless. They left the door open when discussing an HIV test result for another patient. She was visible to me. Imagine if she and I crossed paths at a later date. -Waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen.

Saved my life when I needed it the most !!

Dr. Gee is remarkably lacking in "bedside manner." Barely greeted me and then 1. Claimed to remove the tick (he didn't; the head was still firmly lodged, inflamed and subsequently infected) and then prescribed an antibiotic that my chart clearly indicated I can't take as I'm allergic. When I told him I didn't respond well to that med, he said, essentially take it or else. Thankfully, the pharmacist wouldn't fill it and contacted Dr. Gee to prescribe an alternative to which I was not (literally deathly) allergic. Avoid him at peril to you life!!!

Dr. Jee is very professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain my condition and ways to improve my outcome. Called me with results of tests. Nurses are super nice and gentle.
