The care I received from Paul Johnson was exceptional. He listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. Through Kremer Eye Center, I was scheduled with Dr Johnson for Oculoplastic survey this week. I hadn't received a call from Kremer to acknowledge my health insurance and to tell me what I would owe the surgeon and the surgical center - as promised by Kremer and Dr Johnson on previous visits. So, I called them today - 3 days prior to my scheduled surgery. Dr Johnson's staff would not tell me what I would owe out of pocket for the scheduled surgery, the staff member was very rude and hung up the phone on me. I promptly cancelled my surgery. I'll choose to have the surgery done by a team that appreciates and values their customers!

I have true confident in Dr Johnson with his decisions when it came to my eyes. He has been there for me especially giving his knowledge I was going before the operation and his concerns after the procedure. I recommend Dr Johnson for doing your eyes. He is very confident

I visited Dr. Johnson at the Matossian Eye Office in Doylestown and had just received the news of the death of a very close friend. Dr. Johnson was extremely compassionate with me. Fortunately, my eye problem was a snap compared to the news I had just gotten, but he went a long way to comfort me, and that meant so much.
