Dr. Paul Bernhard Keiser, MD

Overall, my experience with Dr. Keiser was very good. I learned a lot about my allergies. He has a very caring personality and spent a lot of time with me going over results. My only minor complaint is that at the end of the first visit, Dr. Keiser handed me a script for a blood test with absolutely no follow-up instructions. I had to call the office to figure out where to get the test done and what the follow-up process was (I was to bring a copy of the test results). This would have been nice to have printed instructions or even verbal instructions. Also, during my first appointment, I asked how long it was going to be before hand and was told it would be a little over an hour. I asked this because I had a work meeting and wanted to ensure I would be back in time. My appointment was pretty significantly late and it was a lot longer (lots of waiting). I ended up spending almost 2 hours in the office (i got there 15 min early like I was told), and missed my meeting. I… understand that Drs. run behind, but I was not given any updates.
