Dr. Paul Michael Kosmorsky

Update: because of the ignorant office manager Leslie and her "buddy" pretentious nurse practitioner Megan, I am now looking for another Doctor. I truly think Dr. Kosmorsky is great; however, he is not really there running the show, if he were I would never change Doctors. I am not going to play Megan's little game trying to get back at me for standing up to the ignorant buddy of hers.

Tried to get a refill on a prescription Dr. Paul Kosmorsky personally wrote me. Had Express Scripts call and Leslie was rude to the rep. I called the office and Leslie told me that Kos NEVER WROTE ME A SCRIPT FOR TRUVADA AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SEE AN INFECTIOUS DIEASE DOCTOR FOR THAT, thus calling me a liar and a forger of medical scripts. I do not have an infectious disease, I am HIV negative and the medication keeps me that way. I will be changing Doctors even though I really like Kos, I think he is fantastic; however, I will not tolerate that kind of homophobia/discrimination and stupidity from that "office manager". I would fire her in a heartbeat if it were my office.

I've been a patient for over 25 years. Last 2 visits, I waited forever to see him (note - longer than an hour). I like the guy and who wants the hassle to change PCP's so I attempted to make an appt today - found out he's only doing hormonal therapy and EGM but I can see the NP. When he was going to switch to concierge I was inundated with phone calls and letters. He makes this switch and not a word from the office about the change. Seriously? Such a shame.

Not sure why a few people were not happy w/ this office, I've been a patient for yrs. and my family and friends all seem very satisfied w entire staff. I have had several friends transfer from other local offices due to multiple issues which I have never had with this office. Highly satisfied!! Great staff. Same day appointment and refills!

From the great staff up front to professionalism with the Doctors it's a great office!

Dr. Paul Kosmorsky has his hands in too many things and does not focus. He does not read a patients chart before he enters the room to remind himself of what he saw you last for. Office is unorganized and so is he. He is pompous, arrogant, and if you ask anything or question anything, he gets very annoyed. He has a reputation at the pharmacies of his office being the worst as far as their paper work goes. He is extremely impulsive when picking other doctors or chiropractors to work for him. He does not watch them work before hiring them and his patients he sends them too are worse after they go. He use to be very good back in the day, but greed has taken over. Very sad.
