Dr. Kubic is a pediatric pulmonologist with more than 25 years experience in private practice. He also has broad experience directing a variety of hospital-based pulmonology, respiratory therapy and pulmonary function programs. He is an instructor at the University of Minnesota's department of pediatrics and supervises fellows, residents and medical students in pediatrics, family practice and pediatric pulmonology at Children's-St. Paul. Dr. Kubic has also been active in a variety of community asthma education and treatment programs and is a longtime volunteer, board member and medical adviser for organizations like the American Lung Association and St. Paul Public Schools. His special medical interests include asthma, cough and sports-related pulmonary problems. Dr. Kubic graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota with a degree in biology. He also earned his medical degree and completed his residency and fellowship in pediatrics at the University of Minnesota.

I was super sick with pneumonia and other doctors mis diagnosed me but, Dr. Kubic got down to the root of it and healed me! And I have been a patient of his for close to 6 years now!

My son and daughter both were followed by Dr. Kubrick when they were 3 and 6 years old all through childhood.( they are now 30 and 33). I am now taking my 8 year old granddaughter to see him and have been since she was 10 months old, he is the BEST pediatric pulmonary specialist you can get. Throughout my years I have and will continue to highly recommend him to everyone, he is very caring and he knows his stuff, he kept my daughter out of the hospital numerous times, he is like an Angel!!!

Dr. Kubic has followed my daughter's very complex case for 15 years. Simply put, he is the BEST! He is compassionate, knowledgeable, kind, personable. He spends a great deal of time listening and giving explanations. He is the one doctor I know I can count on to get back to me quickly when I have concerns. He respects my knowledge of my daughter and never dismisses my questions. He is not only a fantastic doctor, he is a wonderful man and I thank God that we have been blessed with him as my daughter's pulmonologist for the past 15 years. We adore him.

Dr. Kubic is the reason my son's asthma is under such great control. His ability to work with my son over the last nine years from toddler to pre-teen is a testament of his skill, both as a medical manager and also as a great communicator.

Dr. Kubic has treated my son for years. He was the doctor who diagnosed my son with asthma. The general practitioner just kept saying my son had pnemonia. My son was in the ER almost every 3 weeks for 6 months. Then, we met Dr. Kubic. My son never went to the ER again. Dr. Kubic stays on top of my son's health. He listens to what I and my son say. He treats us like we have brains. I can't praise him highly enough.
