Dr. Paul Howard Kuneck, MD

Dr. Kubrick said to us once, “Patients say that I’m not warm. What does that mean? Should I joke around more? I don’t think your fertility is a laughing matter.” And that sums it up. He cares deeply and is highly skilled. Expect direct, competent care. We completed three rounds of IVF with one miscarriage, one failed, and a beautiful baby boy. We’re forever grateful.

Horrible experience with this doctor. After several IVF cycles failed, he showed not one ounce of empathy to our family. He actually scolded us when we discussed options if IVF failed again; he has seen so many heartbroken couples that I really think he is numb to the extreme sadness that any couple experiences when IVF fails. He just doesn't seem to care. The clinic, however, cares VERY much about billing you and they are zealous about getting their money. We were happy to walk away from this clinic - and by the way, we were fortunate to get pregnant the old fashioned way all without the "help" of this clinic. Money down the tubes and IVF is at the end of the day 100% based on luck. Many of our friends who have been to this clinic have had remarkably similar experiences and have nothing positive to say about the clinic or Kuneck. If that isn't a red flag, I don't know what is.

Dr. Kuneck is great but in reality you really deal with his staff. Be prepared to be your own advocate at this clinic and be ready to be assertive. With this being said, Dr. Kuneck is a caring and competent doctor.
