Dr. Paul Binu Kurian, DO

I have been seeing Dr. Kurian for quite some time. I have a quite extensive set of back problems and he takes the time to discuss what it going on, set a game plan and treat me accordingly. I am very pleased with his concern for me a patient, treatment and follow up. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

it would be nice if this doctor has staff who care about patients. The staff is not very familiar with insurance and will not do any help if that's not really simple. If you need a pain medicine need authorization from insurance, good luck with this office. Most of times, they won't even answer the calls and will not call back from the messages left. If you have a surgery, the doctor who shares the office is not in the network for anesthesia even though he is in network as pain management. The office does not know what the differences are. You will pay out of pocket or pay as out of network doctor. I don't think staff even care from their attitude. Pain is not their problem. that's how they show. if you need to talk to normal doctor's office staff which can be quite important aside from a doctor, I would recommend to go somewhere else. Doctor alone is great. He just does not manage his staff properly.

Very obnoxious sarcastic lazy and incompetent staff. Made an appointment for surgery then the day of called and said they could not contact the insurance company. Called the insurance company and got through right away. Constantly lies to cover themselves. Did not call for the follow up visit. refused to return calls to renew medication or setup an appointment.

My last visit Kurian made continued to make sarcastic statements toward I proceeded to leave and stated I don't have to take you insulting me. He also presented as you was bothering him if a pain medication isn't working I let him know. I also have background in the medical field . Kurian refused to fill all my medication after he found out I was going to another doctor. Two days later I was experiencing withdrawal symptoms call his office never called or as of the third day haven't return my call. So be careful appears he uses tantrums at patients risk on schedule 2 medication to abruptly stop. State board need to know about this

Rescheduled my wife's initial appointment twice, the second time the morning of the appointment and tried to call us at 6am while no one was awake. Then we were told we were late and would have to reschedule for three weeks later. Call me kooky, but if you can't run a simple schedule book, I'm not going to trust you with my wife's health.

Dr. Kurian takes the time to fully understand your issues. He then tailors treatments around your pain. I am so happy i found this doctor.

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. Office is also very up to date on making things easy for patient.

Constantly changing staff, most recent change Dr. Kurian brought in a group of people that have an combined IQ of about my shoe size (8). Doctor Is constantly pushing injections that do not work. Also brings in new instruments to test for things like Neuropathy, and will test you as many times as your insurance will pay for. Having already been diagnosed with a condition these tests are not called for. Treats every patient like a drug addict .. I quite frankly am disgusted with his practices.

I like Dr Kurian.. He's a very caring doctor. He tries to get to the bottom of what's hurting you.. The staff Is very courteous too.

Dr. Kurian is very polite and helpful. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. The staff is professional and courteous and the office is above average. Followup calls are made very quickly. I would gladly recommend Dr. Kurian.
