Dr. Paul Conrad Lewis, DO

Dr. Lewis might be an outstanding Phyisican, however I was recently scheduled for some minor surgery and his staff could get absolutely nothing right. His PA uses another Pharmacy on the other side of the County instead of using my Pharmacy nearby for my convenience, which was information on file. I require special medications before surgery, Someone forgot to Order the medication, so surgery had to be cancelled and rescheduled, except we are headed south for the winter in two weeks, an office girl said they couldn’t get the medication because of the Pandemic, but that wasn’t true because the surgery center didn’t know anything about the pre-surgical medication, someone’s NOT saying the truth and I don’t believe it’s the surgery center. Last, every time you call the office they have (5) prompts and all of them lead you to voicemail and they call you Back in a day or two. Dr. Lewis could be the most outstanding Physician in the County, but without a staff that communicates with the… patients, his rating went to a two for me. I’m looking for a Physician that has control and communication with his staff and the patient. So for the next (4) months my hand is almost useless, but we will overcome.

By far the best surgeon with wonderful bed side manners .

Dr. Paul Lewis is a wonderful doctor/surgeon. Very pleased to have had a great doctor as my surgeon. Very satisfied with my care.

I recommend Dr Lewis for any shoulder surgery he did mine and did an excellent job. His staff was also excellent I recommend Dr Lewis over the other orthopedic surgeons that I used before I found Dr Lewis

Dr Lewis is amazing. He spends plenty of time with you and answers all of your questions. He is very patient and really knows his "stuff" - I saw other doctors prior and then Dr. Lewis was recommended and he "fixed" my issue when no one else could. I highly recommend Dr. Lewis.

Had a very difficult shoulder injury that req'd ( 2 ) surgeries , we had doubts about the outcome & he was very concerned /forthcoming about it . Thankfully thru our hard work it has been trouble free & would go back to him in a moments notice . I would say he is very talented .
