The doctor’s alright. He does his job. It is the front desk that are absolutely incompetent. They do not facilitate flow of office and every time I am there, we have to wait over 1 hour despite making appointment. Infuriatingly, they do not go in order and once let another patient who was schedule for an appointment after me go first. When I ask how much longer I have to wait, they say “I don’t know, we’ll call you.” Other offices give you approximate wait time and have some sort of schedule to follow. The front staff just answer calls and go back to browsing on their personal mobile phones. The office does not respect people’s times. Why make an appointment at all? Never coming back because of this ongoing issue

A doctor who would go above & beyond. So blessed to have him as my PCP. Wonderful staff too.

He has many patients but always find time to explain everything to you. Very patient and caring. A great family doctor.
