I can’t even begin to explain the level of rude this lady is. My family was sick today. I called to cancel our appointments and was informed by Angie that I would be charged a fee for not providing 24 hours notice. I was not aware that I was to predict when we would get sick. I’ve never had an issue with the doctors or other staff including the secretaries. But this one, angie, she has a lot of never to speak to people the way she does. She told me she would be happy to forward our records that we were free to chose another provider. For being sick. I’ve asked around and I’ve heard the same comment from several people, this same lady seems to be rude to everyone. Dr. Lin, you should really re evaluate who you put in charge of decisions or otherwise I’m sure you will lose more patients. You lost 4 today for sure

I received a bill last week and called in with a question. I was directed to the office mananger angie who was snippy and rude. I wasn’t able to even get through a sentence. She kept raising her voice then told me I needed to pay then or be sent to collections. She stated she was happy to forward my records elsewhere and that is what I will have her do. I’ve never expiernced this with the othe front desk staff. When I again called back I was told the one girl was on vacation but I could again speak with Angie. I declined. I love dr lin and several of the staff. But the few like angie have my looking for a new dentist alone with my family of 5. I will be sure to spread the word that kind and caring don’t happen witb her there.

This office at one time was a 5 star establishment with the best dentist in town. Now I wouldn't take my dog there. Even the office staff is rude and nasty. The quality of dental work has severely went down hill.
