Dr. Paul Locus

I was about 20 weeks pregnant when I started seeing dr.locus, I had undergone fertility treatments with a previous doctor before he had to retire out of the blue, so here I was pregnant in search of a new ob. I called several other places before dr. Locus' office and was met with rudeness for asking typical questions (first pregnancy after miscarriage)so I could make sure the doctor I was going to see was the right option for me. I finally called Dr.Locus' office and I knew from the first conservation with reception and setting up my appointment i would be in good hands. In hindsight I'm glad the other offices were rude because if not I would have never stumbled upon this gem of a doctor. He made sure everything was clear and concise at every appointment takes his time with every patient and has great bedside manner. I had a lot going on at the end of my pregnancy and my blood pressure was the highest it had been due to stress and he insisted I stay talk it out with him and check it… afterwards to make sure it went down before I left. I had my son on a very important holiday(Christmas day) and it was absolutely wonderful to have him as my ob, he sat down and was coaching me through my labor and delivery. My mom(who has seen good and bad obgyns) told me that I definitely need to keep him as my doctor as she had never had a doctor like him through 3 pregnancies. Hes great, you wont regret choosing him as your next obgyn.

Hes very informative. He makes sure we understand everythinghe says. Very interactive with my son when i brin ghim in. He even asked bout him when i didnt bring him to 1 of my appts. I recommend anyone to go to him.

Without even doing a simple ultrasound, Dr. Locus told me there was nothing to be done for my pelvic pain. I was told to avoid allowing my husband to penetrate more than two inches as a solution. After a second opinion I have had surgery and am looking forward to a good recovery. I was diagnosed with adenomyosis, fibroids, a large ovarian cyst, and endometriosis, none of which I should have just had to live with.

dr locus was great, and very informative!

I visited Dr. Locus for the first time and my experience was wonderful. You dont have to wait if you're on time for your apt. I barely warmed my seat and my name was called. He is very concerned and wants to make sure everything is okay. He listens, and explains everything. He is not in a hurry to leave the room to see other patients as most doctors do. I would recommend him to anyone I meet that is looking for an OBGYN.
