Dr MacDonald doesn’t put the patients best interest as a top priority he’s only interested in protecting himself. Even after years as Your primary care physician. My time and money didn’t matter to him at all .

I was referred by a friend. Most attentive dr ive ever had. Wants to know all medical history. Cares how you are feeling emotionally as well as physically. Returns calls as soon as he finds out results would recommend to anyone

I called to ask 2 questions. One, did he take my insurance and two is he accepting new patients. THe woman who answered the phone (Southern accent) could not be ruder or more unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone. She wouldn't answer my question - told me neither she nor anyone else in the office could. I just wanted to know if they took Harvard Pilgrim Health - she was so rude.

I’m a new patient of his and I can say without hesitant that he is the kindest, caring, funny doctor I have ever had. I felt comfortable within minutes of meeting him. He is an excellent listener and never makes you feel rushed. I’m so grateful to have him as my new primary!

Spent days playing telephone tag to get my lab results. Office personnel cold and robotic. The woman was filling out my paperwork and answering the phone at the same time. Dr. MacDonald set me up with the wrong GYN. He's a nice guy but somewhat preoccupied. The nurses are always good.

Dr. Macdonald is a great listener! Very easy to talk to! Awesome follow up! Couldn't ask for a better doctor!
