Great office

Dr Mcelroy is very helpful to my family and explains things well. We also don't have to wait too long to be seen.

I have seen this doctor a couple of times. First he is RUDE (really rude, like he told about my 8-year-old who is a little shy "does he understand when I speak? he looks stunned"! but made no effort to call him by his name or speak kindly to him!). But also (and even worse) he doesn't listen to what you say, doesn't answer to your questions, seems overly annoyed when you try to understand. NEVER AGAIN!

The only doctor we want to see!

This man is extremely rude and doesn't collaborate with other providers. I've heard from multiple people and the families he works with that he's rude. Doesn't like to work with low income clients.

Dr. Paul McElroy has horrible bedside manners. I can't believe hes a pediatrician. He made my child feel horrible during our visit with him. I hope no other child experience what mine did. I don't know if he was having a"bad day", but his attitude was less than professional and shows he needs to attend sensitivity classes of some sort to assist with his arrogant behavior.

We moved from Texas where we had a good doctor. I was a little worried until we saw Dr McElroy and he is even better. He is very honest and thorough does not blow off our concerns like some do. We have been seeing him for 5 years now.

Dr. Mcelroy has seen all of my children since they were born. He is very caring great doctor and my kids love him. He has helped us many times. He even stopped by the hospital when my son had surgery just to make sure he was doing OK. The office is great too!

Worst doctor ever. Took my child in screaming in pain and he said his schedule was to full to see my child. He literally let my child scream in his office and refused to see us..sent us to urgent care. Terrible excuse for a children's doctor.
