Dr. Paul Francis Mckenney, MD

As A under responsibility and care of Dr. McKinney, I was suffering excruciating pain and this man refused to even consider treating me.. is callous, indifferent, billigerent and inhumane...then lied and misled me and Providence VA hospital administrators and Congressman's aide. He violated his hypocratic oath and should be charged with endangering the health of a person with disability. Needless to say, I discharged him immeditiately from providing any further care for me as a U. S. Veteran. He was motivated more by his self interest's than helping me through a very serious crisis, which seriously effected my university studies. A small amount of care and concern could have prevented me from taking handfuls of OTC medicines, excruciating pain, and the hardships I am dealing with presently for lost time at university. We deserve better than this. R. Ward
