I would recommend anyone considering this doctor look at the other reviews. They are dead on. I would also like to add the the staff is extremely rude and disorganized. I had issue's with medications and when I would call to follow-up the receptionist could care less. Having to call this office was stress me out because I knew I was going to be wasting my time. I would be put on hold for extended periods of time and sometimes disconnected all together. If I could give negative stars in the rating to reflect my displeasure I would have rated that in place of the one stars. I don't know why I stayed with him for more than 3 years, I'm out of here!

I cannot express enough how awful and rude Dr. Menet is. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's when I was 15 and I was referred to Dr. Menet. Apon my arrival the receptionist was very rude. I paid the co pay of $25 dollars and sat and waited for 30 minutes. Once I saw the doctor he tried telling me I don't have a thyroid disorder. Without even running a blood test for my TSH levels. I told him if I do not have a thyroid disorder then why did the doctor refer me to you. He couldn't answer. I decided to go to a Endocrinologist at Loyola. My TSH came back off the charts at over 260. Not only was he horribly wrong but then months and even a year later I'm getting non stop harassing mail claiming I owe him $25 dollars! I paid it! Please for your safety and medical issues please go to a doctor who knows what they are talking about and won't keep harassing you for a co pay you already paid.

If you are referred to this doctor RUN AWAY . He does not understand the concepts of balance and wellness .He did not share the lab results with me. He OVERDOSED me . I called and explained I was getting worst every week. He didn't want to talk to me. I hope he is reading this : Dr Menet , we are patients ( people) NOT science experiments.

If you are refered to this so called Dr. Run AWAY. I had a heart attack and was diagnosed with Diabetes. Dr. M gave me a whole bunch of pills to take. When I asked what they were and what they were for I was told "Take them or die". Not a comment anyone should hear from any dr. One of them was for Actos and a drug that has such bad marks against it. I am so glad he said what he said because I have such a wonderful Doctor now that explaines and works with me. By the way being taken off all diabetes drugs do to doctors/wife/myself changing our diet and exercise. Dr. Menet would never have done that.

Dr. Menet is an outstanding physician. At my first visit he recogonized a serious problem and admitted me to hospital. He carefully monitored my health and visited daily during a long convalesence. Dr. Menet integrates his keen intellect and compasionate demeanor for the benifit of his patients. I would highly recommend this physician.

very outdated treatment, poor bedside manner, and he misdiagnosed a problem I had. We're considering a lawsuit.

Dr. Menet and his staff are wonderful and caring people. Everyone in the office is educated, and understanding with diabetes, as well as weight management control. They all are friendly. Dr. Menet willtake time to educate you with whats happening with your body and how to control it. I can actually say, "I love going to this Dr. He makes certain you follow up and get those blood tests needed for monitoring your health." Highly recommend him.

He is a very uncaring, rude man. He told me I had cancer and then complained about my insurance in one sentence. He is also very outdated in his medicine practice.

My daughter has a thyroid problem and saw the doctor three years ago, due to being pregnant her ob wanted her to see the doctor to help control her problem. When she was their his bedside manner was horible. He was very rude and said since you were here 3 years ago and saw another doctor I can't help you. This type of behavior is not acceptable.

Dr. Menet has helped me more than any other doctor I have seen in recent years. His most valuable asset is that he LISTENS! He takes time to hear what I have to say, and he pays attention to what I say. He diagnoses accurately and treats appropriately, if his results are any indication of his expertise. I am better than I've been for years.
