The medical and office staff are all stuck in the 1980s. Anyone wanting up to date procedures and medical advice will have to go to Dallas. But they are wanting to charge 2022 prices. Hundreds of people go to Dallas from this area to see Doctors for this very reason!

office Mgr nightmare, we doesn't return calls, turns you into collection but can't tell you at charges are. PA works from home so televisits are a no go for ALOT of carriers phones. Major office turnover FREQUENTLY. BUT Dr Millman himself has been a godsend. I will never go back tho. It is now to point you cant get a live person, cant make appts because of it and ZERO calls are returned after trying for over a week. So Millman is good dr but the office personnel turnovers(for over well over a year) and office mgr and collections when NEVER even told past due balance AND cant say what for...

I went to Dr. Millman several years back..I liked him but I worked for a company that didnt like me to take off but they were always wanting me to come back..I told them my situation that I couldnt continue to do this or I would have to change doctors..I wasnt ugly just stated facts..I call a few days later to request one of my prescriptions needed to be refilled and I was told I was no longer a patient..staff was rude and kind of enjoyed the drama..He didnt care about me as a patient I was simply a number to him..I would never refer anyone to him.

you are really hard to get in to see i owe 80 dollars and i need my blood work but you office will not even let me come in even thought i have insurance and have been paying on my bill it is like getting into fortknox to see youPlus i need my medication filled and i need to be fasting and they tell me there is no apt at all this month in the morning time.
