Did not take one minute to find out if there was contraindication to blood thinners and used stents requiring thinners. I was told in Cath lab that I was not allowed to speak. No compassion, and will change his story to what suits him.

I was given improper medication instructions and now I have to live with Congestive heart failure, damaged eyes, and thyroid problem. He did not identify and address serious side effects of Antiarrithmia drug. Waiting time to see him was never less than 2 hrs. Visit lasted about 10 minutes. Poor communicator.

The care this Dr. takes with his patients is remarkable. The most knowledgeable Physician I know. Always current on new cardiac medicines , procedures, and treatments. Very kind.

Referred by my primary care physician, Dr. Mullen's schedule and office staff may be the biggest obstacle to my giving him a higher rating. When I actually get to see him, he has very little time available for me and has, on more than one occasion, relied on physicians assistants to fill in. The administrative staff has botched scheduling more than once and the latest is my motivation for seeking more amenable care.
