Dr. Paul Michael Obert, MD

I went to this doctor on January 17th. I waited over 3 hours and he came in for a few minutes. Went over my medications. Asked the Stephanie to do allergy test and something with my ears. I'm not sure what test because I couldn't hear very well. They sent me away with NO solutions. And I didn't get the prescription until 1/31/17. And the results of the allergy test until I called back to them on 2/6/17. Stephanie says I was suppose to call back to get them. Today she is JUST NOW sending my test results to my doctor.

Dr. Obert has always been thorough and runs a professional service. His staff is wonderful, he has been wonderful and has been one of my family's doctors for years. He's one of the best!

Great Dr., however, his staff does a very poor job with follow-up. I was scheduled to have a CT, but they did not get the preauthorization that was required nor did they notify me that there was a problem. I was told that they tried to call the insurance company & that they were on hold too long. I called the insurance company twice myself & spoke to someone within 3min both times.
