Representatives for office are very, very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend.

I visited the dr. today regarding swollen feet. After being on water pills for a couple weeks the swelling had not gone down and the pain was increasing. He sent me to the hospital for a "STAT" ultrasound to check on circulation getting to my feet - I got there at 4:05 pm. After getting to the hospital the staff realized that the script was written for the wrong patient. The hospital staff called the dr. to get it straightened out and was told that he was with patients and would update the scripts when he had time. the hospital staff and myself called multiple more times and was told the same thing. The order was finally faxed over at 5:40 pm. Why could he not take 5 minutes to rewrite the order he messed up - I am also his patient. Also, the nurses were rude - not helpful and not friendly. This is the worst care I have ever received from any doctor - there is no excuse for this type of behavior.

Aside from his male secretary hanging up on me, and the doctor leaving my dads chart open for over an hour, delaying his discharge from the hospital because the hospital couldn't access it as he visited other patients, I have no complaints. Feel free to call me Doc, my dad has my number.

I don't usually write reviews, but I myself am an RN and I just feel the need to mention how rude the overweight medical assistant/ reception guy at the front desk is. He is completely unprofessional and made the whole office experience a bad one. He should consider getting a new job since he clearly does not know how to treat people who are coming to the doctors office because they are sick or need help. I feel that doctors should be more conscious of the staff they hire for their offices because it can be a reflection of them.. Definitely will not be returning
