Outstanding care and professionalism. The eye exam was comprehensive, and the doctor made me feel completely at ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been a patient at Berkeley Eye Clinic for many years. Dr. McQueen did my cataract surgery and he did a great job. Dr. Paul Palumbo is very dedicated to his patients. Everone is so polite and helpful. Every Dr. I visited at Berkeley are masters in their profession. Very professional atmosphere. I will recommend to anyone.

I’ve been coming to Dr Palumbo for 8 years now. Always very informative and professional. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains future options regarding my eye care.

Just showed up to my eye exam 16 minutes late because my GPS could not get a signal. I drove around another complex searching for the place as well as near the hospital. When I finally found d the place there was no parking so I had to park far off at another building and walk. I went to check in and explained my situation and they refused to see me because according to the front desk clerk the Doctor allows 15 minutes. Since I was 1 minute off(which my walk to the door was at least 2 minutes) Dr Palumbo REFUSED TO SEE ME. OVER 1 MINUTE. I WAITED 3 WEEKS FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND DROVE FOR 40 MINUTES TO SEE THEM ONLY TO BE REFUSED.
