We had never met Dr. Peterson prior to the surgery he had to do on my husband to find a lost gallstone not found in an earlier surgery by another surgeon that same day in removing his gall bladder. Dr. Peterson and assisting staff went in after the first surgery and found the stone hiding up in the liver. Successfully removed and my husband felt 100% better following the operation. Dr. Peterson came out right after surgery and talked with me and later with my husband to explain what had to be done. Very good communicator. Would recommend him to anyone or go back to him if needed again.

Would not recommend this doctor to absolutely noone. He needs to educate himself on difficult diseases (esp, Gastroparesis. If he does not how to handle a disease he should contact another physician who know how to treat a illness. Very ignorant and self center and egostistical. Poor bedside manner with patient and their families. Never provides patient with hope. Spends several minutes with a patient, and is on the computer most of the time. He likes to order test, and tests and more test. Even tho he does not know how to treat that specific illness.
