He has always been on time listen’s to every thing I have to say about my reason for my appointment with doctor Phillips all of his staff are very nice would recommend doctor to everyone he is that nice and thorough can’t say enough good thing’s about him

He does not return patient phone calls in a timely manner. I called him regarding an urgent matter on a Thursday, Friday, and Monday and he nor his nurse returned my phone call. Ended up having to go to the ER for complications.

I've been with dr Phillips for about 6 years now. I dont know what a couple of you are talking about, he is kind and attentive and always caring. I've had a couple major ordealsi including passing out with NPH and he got me to Mayo clinic where im seen yearly. He is very compasionate guy and i truely appreciate all he has done for me. From filling out speacialpapers for me to my treatment he and his staff go to bat. Even though hes a cardinal fan ?? Go Cubs

The normal nurse was not there. Told she would not be back which is sad because she was very thorough and kind. I still have not received a followup call from my visit. Hopefully they regain some organization.

I have seen Dr Phillips for 4 years and I notice that he misses a lot of routine follow-up care. He is great for visits if you have a cold but not recommended as a primary care. His staff on the other hand is very nice and fast with responses.

Dr. Phillips and his nurses were very professional and have always been very prompt with responses when I call the office, very kind, very thorough and I would recommend this practice to any of my friends and family. Erin and Sharon are both very compassionate and knowledgeable.

I have always had a great experience with this doctor. His nurses are wonderful and always get back with me very quickly! Erin has been there since I started going and is very knowledgeable and helpful. The reception staff is diligent in making sure my check in is easy.

I am a current patient of Dr. Phillips and also see numerous other Springfield Clinic physicians. Your statement that you were "stuck" with Dr. Phillips is a lie as the clinic new patient process does not work that way! YOU are able to chose which provider you would like to establish care with. As for the rest of your statement, It sounds as though you are just a bitter individual. I am 63 and Dr. Phillips has never been anything other that relatable, kind, attentive and detailed. His nurse Erin has been with him for a long time and she is always very professional and calls me back very quickly! It is a great team!

I had recently moved to the area from out of town and had to find a Dr in the area, which usually isn't easy to do (for me anyway) Dr. Paul Phillips was the first Dr I went to, and well will hopefully be the last! I have seen Dr Phillips maybe 4 times and he has always been very quick, on time, as far as keeping on schedule with the appointments, not quick with me in anyway. He listened to me very well, showed concern, and anytime I have ever called for an appointment or my RX he has always granted what I requested and in a very fast timely manner which is sometimes not usual with Dr's, at least from my experience! I He seems to be a very laid back, easy going, type of guy. I felt really comfortable and at ease and not to mention the staff are great, SUPER friendly! I would recommend him to my close friends or even loved ones. If you happen to see this Dr, KUDOS!

He has the bed side manner of a troll. He is arrogant and EXTREMELY condescending. I don't think he has much experience with mature women and our medical needs. I have NEVER felt so little compassion from a doctor ever. If you are a female over 18, I would recommend you continue your search for a general physician. I got stuck with Phillips when another dr. left Springfield Clinic and I finally have switched insurance companies JUST to have the freedom to go where I want. He is so rude, his staff is JUST as rude. Appointments in his office are a JOKE and a waste of time.
