Dr. Pinson graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, Monterrery Mexico. His Anesthesiology Residency was completed at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas with an Advanced Clinical Tract. He then attended the nationally-recognized Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Texas at San Antonio under world-renowned expert and one of the founding fathers of Interventional Pain Management, Dr. Somayaji Ramamurthy.Dr. Pinson has participated in over 20 nationally funded clinical trials and has over 18 years of experience in the field of Pain Medicine. He is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American Interventional Headache Society and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He is currently board certified by the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Board of Anesthesiology, and is one of only five physicians in Tennessee to be board certified by the American Board of Interventional Pain …Physicians.

I have been under Dr. Pinson's care for over 2 years.I continue to be impressed with their dedication to overall improvement of my health with each visit.Kerri H. does a thorough question & answer session at each monthly appointment that assures me she is dedicated in seeking the best treatment plan for my overall improvement!

Dr. Pinson office an staff is wonderful they are very nice an respectful seen going to his office i am able to hold my grandchildren walking is not a problem for me i have my life back little at a time I'm getting there I am very grateful for that

I've been to Dr. Pinson several times and have always been seen promptly, treated with respect and care for my back pain. I'm now scheduled for Radiofrequency ablation (RFA). I experienced immediate pain relief from the required two epidurals so Dr. Pinon said I could do the final procedure. The only complaint I have is the wait time between appointments to do the procedures. After the first epidural I had to wait a month before the second one and now have to wait again to return and advise them that I got immediate pain relief from the second injection. No doubt I'll have to wait another month for the final procedure. I would imagine that it's my insurance company's communication time with the doctor and not the doctor's fault at all. I highly recommend Dr. Pinson.

I have gone to Dr Pinson for several yrs, both Cleveland & Chattanooga. I have to say he has helped me reduce med intake & pain! Been to several Drs over the yrs , all they want is to raise amount you take w/o care for the interview. I hate meds, lived w pain yes until I could no longer stand it! Was on 23 KINDS of meds by 1st Dr I went to, also here in Cleveland, finally got away from that idiot! Yes I'm on opioids, but I have to be, not because I want to be, but Dr Pinson has honesty helped me more than ANY pain mangmt Dr I have EVER BEEN TO!!!!!

This guy was way more interested in telling me about lab rats being tortured than he was in listening to m y issues and illnesses. Never again. I would rather have NO treatment than Mistreatment. Also, his educational background looks too sketchy for him to be trusted by me. Mexico? Utah? Oregon? Alabama? AND Tennessee? Wow!
