The worst support staff I ever dealt with. I was at Parma Hospital for a stress test, they put me in a waiting room and forgot about me for 2 1/2 hours. Two weeks after the test there was still no word from the office so I called them. They told me everything was okay but I was to get a heart monitor. They scheduled my appointment for 10:00 am I arrived at 9:45 checked in and was told it would be a few minutes. After 1/2 hour I checked and was told it would be a few more minutes. After another 1/2 hour I checked again and was told it should be soon. I felt after 1 1/2 hours that was enough and I went home. If they treat every patient like this there is no need for a stress test because his support staff conducts it for him. Nothing bad about the Doctor because after several attempts on my behalf I never got to see him. Joe Piazza
