Dr. Paul George Preste, MD

I found Dr Preste and his staff to be very knowledgeable and professional. I liked that they were not just seeking to relieve my pain, but get to the root cause and see me healed. I am very pleased with my treatments there and highly recomend them!

The most terrible doctors office I’ve EVER been to. Not only do they not care about their patients but they’re RUDE and have NO IDEA what they’re doing. The office manager is terrible!!! She talks over you when there’s an issue and couldn’t care less about the patients in that office. One time I had a doctors appt, the dr forgot to give me my prescription and I went back to the office to pick it up. SHE MADE ME PAY MY COPAY AGAIN TO SEE THE DOCTOR IN ORDER TO GET THE RX I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE IN THE FIRST PLACE!! When I tried to explain how unfair it was that I needdd to pay again when it wasn’t my fault the dr forgot, she sarcastically said SHE would pay my copay for me if I can’t afford the $40 copay!! I was appalled. Another time, I needed to change my health insurance and wanted to keep the same dr so all my info would be the same. I specially chose FL Blue bc it said online that that office accepts that insurance. I even called the office and Spoke to a front desk associate and… they confirmed they DO accept Florida Blue. I drove an hour and half to my appt to be told that they DO NOT accept my new insurance!!! What a waste of my time!!!!! They couldn’t care less about my situation or that I was sick and needed to see a doctor. Al they said was “there’s nothing we can do” and the office manager was out of this world rude. Do not go to this office!!!!!!

The worst nurses I've ever encountered. They don't even pretend to care. They go out of their way to let you know they are doing you a favor. Considering how infrequently I have contact with the doctor and how frequently I have contact with his nurses, I switched primary care after a few months with these hags. Which is a shame because I found Dr. McQ to be courteous and professional.

Drs. are great. 15 min. visit is constantly interrupted by staff. Follow care, i.e. referrals, message to doctor for health issues, medications sporadic. If you're really sick can't count on office staff. Would not recommend.

I have been a patient of theirs for a long time and have always been pleased with their service. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I will not be returning to this office. Dr. Preste is a very profession doctor with great bedside manner. It is very unfortunate that I can not say the same for his staff. I would not recommend this facility to anyone due to how I was treated by the staff members over the phone and while at the office. I am sick and I just want to see a doctor to be treated properly, I really could do without the rude attitide of the staff.

I used to be a patient of Dr. Preste and he is a great doctor. Wish I lived closer, I'd go back to him again!

The office staff at the Commercial Boulevard location needs an overhaul. The front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional. Lacks proper telephone skills and overall treatment of patiens when calling to the office.
