Dr. Paul Matthew Presti, MD

We can't recommend Dr. Presti highly enough! Our daughter went to Dr. Drake and Dr. Presti for her ENT issues. She has had multiple procedures in her short life. These doctors were beyond kind and compassionate. And they were both thorough in their examination of her and ultimately performed surgery for which we are thrilled with the results. The staff was also very accommodating with our crazy school schedule. Everyone associated with her care exceeded our expectations!

Dr. Presti was very empathetic and spent time explaining my diagnosis in detail. He was very attentive to all of my questions and I did not feel like I was rushed in any way. His office staff was very helpful in making follow up appointments and imaging appointments. They also always answer the phones! You can always get a hold of a live person to talk to. I would highly recommend.

I consulted Dr. Presti for a third opinion regarding a chronic sinus condition. The initial visit was long and detailed and included an examination (of course) but also a complete review of my history and the CT scans I had had done. The recommended surgery was discussed in detail; the risk factors were presented; the aftercare and expected success rate were explained. I was given all the time I needed to ask questions which were patiently and completely answered. I did have the surgery done and have had several post surgical rechecks. Each time the staff was most welcoming and the office was very efficient - I have never had to wait (not even 5 minutes!). I did have to call the office twice over the two weeks after the surgery with questions about post-op issues and medications. Both times I received a call back in less than a half hour with answers.

Great experience with Dr. Presti. He is the best. He cares for his patients, goes above and beyond. My husbandis extremely picky, but with Dr.Presti he has no complaints. He even called him personally to check on him! I highly reccomend Dr. Presti to everyone.

I feel lucky to have found Dr. Presti. After dealing with a deviated septum and crooked nose for over 20 years, I recently had these conditions repaired by this elite doctor. Prior to the procedure, I had been waking up multiple times during the night with a dry mouth because I wasn't able to properly breathe from my nose. In addition, for years I was self conscious about how off-center my nose looked, especially in pictures. After only a couple of weeks following surgery I am happy to say I sleep through the night and have a straight, natural looking nose. About 10 years ago I had multiple consultations, including one with a highly touted doctor in NYC. I left feeling frustrated by a lack of clarity and assurance that my conditions could be repaired without issue, which caused me to abandon the idea of surgery. For years I used Breathe Right Strips, a neti pot and Afrin when very congested, with few positive results. Finally, my cousin recently had his deviated septum repaired… and recommended I reconsider surgery. Again I began a search for a highly qualified surgeon and was lucky to find Dr. Presti close to home. I realized his reviews were overwhelmingly positive and that he was very highly trained, including being a double board-certified ENT and facial plastic surgeon. Upon meeting with Dr. Presti I immediately felt at ease. I have spent time in the medical device industry and have had the opportunity to observe many surgeons. There is a clear delineation between those that have an ability to deeply focus and are incredibly precise versus those that are not. It was instantly clear that Dr. Presti fell into the former category; not only that, he had great bedside manner, an incredibly rare combination. He listened intently to my complaints, skillfully reviewed my CT scan, explained my conditions and exactly how they could be corrected. I even asked how many procedures he had done like the one I was considering, to which he replied, "I stopped counting after a thousand." I left the appointment feeling like I had found a highly skilled expert, perfectionist and someone that truly cared about my well being. I decided to move forward with surgery. From there his office staff did a great job of taking care of me. Heather made sure all of my concerns were addressed and took a sincere interest in my care. Janie, the Practice Manager, did an incredible job of getting pre-approval from my insurance company, booking the surgery, all follow-up appointments (on a very short timeline) and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Following surgery, the first few days were rough but after that I quickly improved. After a week I felt like myself again and was able to breathe well from my nose at night, a feeling I have very rarely felt during my adult life. After only two weeks I think my nose looks and functions really well and I couldn't be happier with the results. I went to see Dr Presti after having an unpleasant experience at another ENT office. Totally different experience. I was greeted with kindness and caring from each and every staff member. They all were amazing. Dr Presti was professional while displaying kindness and compassion. He listened to me. He explained everything he was going to do and what he found or didn't find. He calmed me down immediately. He took his time and explained his findings and what my next steps were. I walked out of his office truly relieved and so very impressed. I have been seeing Dr.Presti for about 6 years ,I am very happy with every treatment he has done on me ,he is honest and very knowledgeable ,never a bad side effect or a unsatisfied result....I do highly recommend him.

I would highly recommend Dr. Presti to my family and friends. He is truly one of the most compassionate and professional doctor I have gone to. He is patient and takes all the time you need to understand everything. He has been very supportive and comforting throughout my post op/recuperating time. The support staff is also wonderful. Very courteous and friendly.
