Dr. Paul Michael Pulcini, MD

Our family have used the services of Dr. Paul Pulcini, family doctor, for more than 10 years. We are very satisfied with his services. He has treated us with the utmost care and respect. When we needed an specialist he recommended the most appropriate, expert doctor. His behavior has always been professional, ethical, knowledgeable and kind. Very important, he listens. I recommend him without hesitation.

I and several of my friends had been going to the Dr. Pulcini office aka Town and Country Primary Care Doctors for several years. During this time I have never seen Dr. Pulcini or any other doctor in this facility. The staff is horrid and asking them questions regarding your health or treatment is always treated with a facial expression that denotes they have no idea what you are talking about. Speaking Spanish to them might help, but that is debatable. Getting referrals is a nightmare that gives you more mental grief than the condition you wish to be treated for. Avoid this office and do not place your healthcare in their hands. Your life depends on capable providers, which this facility is not!

two years and counting.. I make an appointment state that I want to see the Dr.. So I can meet him and establish a Dr patient relationship.."Oh yes your appointment is with the Dr.".. sadly not true.. called office after having a retake on a Mammography, plus Sonogram.. called office to state I just had both procedures done and to please call me when results come in.. Out on hold for over 15 min. Then told you must come in right away to have blood drawn.. I ask before a blood draw I would like to speak with Dr. regarding the findings.. out on hold 10 min. later no you need blood draw for your A1C.. AhI just had that 2 wks ago.. Please I cant even go on to the roller Coaster ride I went on.. Final result. I get a call from front desk.. results of mammo and sono.. ehhh Miss Karen you have 2 benign growths.. Repeat in a yr.. Next day radiology calls asks if I got results I told them I was tild 2 benign lesions.. They said NO YOU ARE FINE.. YOUR INITIAL MAMO WAS A BAD PICTURE.. YOU HAVE NO… CYSTS NO LESIONS

I was seeing an "Old country doctor" before he retired and sold his practice to a corporation. Once that was done the personalized visits were gone and patients became numbers in a database. The new young doctor didn't listen to his patients and loved using Google to diagnose and treat those who needed help. Never listened to what the patient had to say about their problems and just prescribed unnecessary meds and treatments. I found Dr. Pulcini on my insurance company's website so I thought I'd see what they had to offer. The initial visit, after all the paperwork, they drew 5 vials of blood to see what was going on inside me. At my next visit I was shocked at what they found that the "corporate doctor" didn't. One thing was that was found was that I was suffering from anemia. I don't know how many times I complained to the last doctor about my symptoms which he blamed on the weather. They found a few more minor issues and adjusted my meds and added some simple vitamins and I… am feeling 110% once again. Zero complaints about Dr. Pulcini and his practice from me.

if your looking for a PCP where you will receive the worst treatment you can imagine and NEVER actually see a REAL doctor, choose this "practice". If you want to be dictated to and not allowed to be involved with your medical care, choose this "practice". If you want to always have to TRIPLE Check whether or not you have been approved for a specialist visit (Or refused approval), choose this "practice". If you need critical post open heart in-home care and it doesn't happen, choose this "practice". This should not be a licenced medical facility where the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and you are only seen by some unqualified nurse practitioner/PA that can't treat much less diagnose an hang nail or a pimple. Again. Worst Primary Care EVER!! They should be closed due to incompetence!!!

Dr.Pulcini has cost me a lot of heartache and suffering.Last year saw this dr. Only once for few minutes.Never bothered to check my lump on my thigh wich turned out to be a rare cancer.Sarcoma tumor.The nurse practitioner wich I saw few times told me It was a pulled muscle..and requested FINALLY an mei wich was refused by my insurance.Finally upon changing dr. And after few mris Iit was confirmed it was cancer.therefore one year of my life was spent in few surgery thanks to a great surgeon who cares.MANY RADIATION TREATMENTS.AND STILL COPING WITH RADIATION SIDE EFFECTS.stressed out and not able to sleep well. Out. Of danger cancer gone but under control.My complaint is why are drs. Such as Paul Pulcini still allowed to practice medicine.I do not reccomend this dr. At all.Life is precious and should be treated as such.

I quit going to dr pulcini.cause after many requests finally saw him for few minutes I have a large cyst on my thigh wich he didn't bother to look prescribed me miscle relaxer and continue seeing my chiropractor to whom I.was sent from the nurse practitioner.Even tough my swelling was growing the n.p. Ordered an Mri for strained muscle.My insurance denied.than she requested a second mri for swelling.WAITED FOR APPROVAL AND FINALLY AFTER CHANGING DR.I HAD THE MRI PERFORMED.I still have a swollen leg waiting for surgery.I do not recommend this dr.pulcini to anyone.Medical negligence cause if the right Mri had been.requested almost three months later and no result .These drs.shouldn't be allowed to practice.

I have been going to Dr. Pulcini for 8 years. The past year my parents have been going because they liked Dr. Pulcini,. The whole time they have been there they have not seen him. My parents are suppose to have blood work every 3 months they have not done their blood work but one time in a year. My mother has high blood pressure and my dad is a diabetic. I have not had my blood work in over a year. I have high colesterol, and a bad thyroid and am border line diabetic. I am moving me and my parents to a new doctor. Will not recommend any body to this office. The new staff they have are very rude. The drug store has been trying to fill my prescription for 3 weeks and they can not get approval.

I went to this Dr. office once as I was moving my file from Haines City. I was told that since I was on Medicare I would not see a Dr. but would see a nurse practitioner. She ordered a bone density and mammogram test for me as well as a spine x-ray. I told her I had a very bad back and needed to find out what was wrong. Two weeks went by after the x-ray and no one called to give me the results. I decided if they cared so little I would find someone who would. When I spoke with another Dr. office I found out that Medicare requires you to be seen by a Dr. on the first visit, not a nurse! This new Dr. is treating me for the bad back that I have. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Pulcini was very kind courteous and attentive to me as I asked questions about my health concerns. He is professional, informative and very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in his office. I will recommend his practice to all my family and friends and will definitely revisit his office again!
