Dr. Richard’s is an excellent hand surgeon. I had a very good experience with him and his staff a few weeks ago at the surgery center. They were very informative, caring and went out of their way to make me comfortable.

Beyond satisfied with Dr. Richard’s. He is a skilled professional, showing both compassion and knowledge. As a new patient who was fit-in to his busy schedule, I was not rushed, and I felt he genuinely cared. He explained my X-rays, pointing out the break, and other that reflected in the X-ray. He gave me options, addressed all my concerns, and made sure I felt at ease before ending the visit. Top-notch care, and a doctor I highly recommend.

Dr Richards was great. His office handled my appointment quickly & efficiently. Dr Richards was most helpful in reviewing the options for treatment of my injury.

Went to him 2 years ago for injury. Took care of that. Just had him this week to take care of a trigger finger. Would highly recommend him. Professional but personable. Couldn’t be happier!!!

All staff courteous and efficient. Dr Fran is my knee doctor in the practice but Dr Richards is all about shoulders. Both are excellent!
