Dr. Paul Bernard Ringel, MD

Dr. Ringel does an extremely poor job of follow up. Difficulty getting the correct prescriptions filled or written correctly. Extremely disappointed with his care.

These five stars are for Dr. Ringle himself. He is highly skilled, thorough and attentive, forming a real connection despite the shortage of time imposed by the system. I feel fortunate to work with him. Although a few individuals on his staff are clearly well-meaning and trying their best, there is a complete failure when it comes to functions involving referrals and other vital clerical work. Those assigned to these continually provide confusing or even false information, for example as to whether work required for insurance coverage has been done or not, and any sort of coordination with other providers' offices. It took weeks for me to schedule my surgery, and I'm still trying to make up for lost time on physical therapy now months later. If I did not value Dr. Ringel so highly I would definitely change doctors for these reasons.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ringel's for many years. His bedside manner, professionalism, competence and care are all excellent.

Dr. Ringel, is a very good doctor. His office staff on the otherhand is not very friendly. They seem more worried about payment and deductibles more than anything else. If you need a perscription refill, well your better off handling it yourself as office staff NEVER seems to reply to a pharmacy about getting refill requests taken care of. It seems like you the patient have to spend alot of your time since their staff is to preoccupied doing something else. Very frustrating.

Dr. Ringel took his time and his staff was very nice and made sure that I felt comfortable and helped at all times. The receptionist was a little cold, but I guess all of them are. The nurses are very caring and so is Dr. Ringel. He sat down and listened to all of my questions and answered all of them fully. I would say he's the best doctor I've had so far!

Its my first time seeing Dr Ringel. He seems very busy, when he needs to find out some information for me, he yelled out Jesus Christ when hes out of the door. His secretary is even busier, his secretary Teresa told me I had to come to the office to pick up my referral because they are too busy to fax it for me. Unbelievable!
