Dr. Paul Ronald Rosenberg, MD

I have been going to Dr. Rosenberg for ten to 15 years. One of the best doctors I ever had. Takes time to explain things if you ask, but as a very busy man, does not have a lot of time for much chit-chat. Very friendly and well informed/educated. He volunteers his time to help find a cure for diabetes, a leading cause of retinopathy. As I am a visual artist, Dr. Rosenberg is my best friend. -DW Forest Hills PA

Dr. Rosenberg is the most arrogant condescending doctor I have ever met. He treated my elderly mother for many years for glaucoma. After many visits he told her he was not able to help her anymore. He let her pressure get so high she needed surgery at UPMC Eye Center. Thank GOD for the professionals at that facility.They saved her eyesight.

Doc treats patients as idiots. I have a PhD but he would not explain anything. His staff is chilly and humorless.

This was the worst eye doctor visit I've had. To the office's credit, the initial nurse who saw me was incredibly friendly and kind, and very helpful!! But...the actual doctor who dilated my eyes and did the exam (not Dr. Rosenberg) was not as friendly, and the staff woman who helped me pick out eye glasses was terrible! Specifically, when I was picking out glasses, I told the woman that, as a graduate student, I was looking for a cheap pair of eye glasses. After handing me dozens of designer glasses, I settled on a pair of glasses from a rack in the corner (which turned out to be the ones that my plan pays for, though she did not volunteer that information until the end). When I declined the upgrades on lenses (once again, I'm a poor student), she made me feel bad about it! I do not plan to go back.

Wish I had met Dr. Rosenberg much sooner before questionable treatment by other ophthamologists. Very skilled & conscientious.

Incredible Physician......Exceeded all of my expectations.....Results were unbelievably good....Highly reccomend him.
