I want to thank doctor Pavel Royal-Priest for his work. He is very attentive, patient, polite, supportive. Very professional in his appointments and recommendations. Attentive to details when taking an anamnesis, nothing superfluous will be prescribed. He can be trusted. The whole family comes to him for consultations. I can trust him with the health of my loved ones.

Dr. Royal Priest has been a beacon of hope and care for my elderly friend. His expertise in Geriatric Medicine is evident from the first consultation. Dr. Royal-Priest took the time to thoroughly understand my friend's medical history and current health concerns, providing clear and detailed explanations for each aspect of the treatment plan. What truly sets Dr. Royal apart is his compassionate approach. He always greet us with a warm smile and make sure my friend feels comfortable and heard. During our visits, Dr. Royal patiently answers all our questions and never rushes through appointments, even though he has an accent. Dr Royal was attentive and listened. He went above and beyond doing everything he could to address my request. I never felt rushed and he followed up with a phone call as well to gather more in-depth information. Highly recommend!!

I had my appointment at 8.40am, waited over 3 hours and still received no call. I am still waiting to receive the phone call. I thought the reviews were exaggerating but they are actually true. Poor service.

I am writing this based on an interaction I had today. I had an appointment scheduled and the office called me to ask if we could do a phone call instead. I said okay. I waited around for my 8:50am call and he did not call. He called me at 12:40. Where I’m confused is I had a scheduled appt and asked him why he did not call at the scheduled call, his response was he is calling now. As a physicians wife with a demanding job myself, I would expect the same level of respect in regards to my time. He wasted my time.Their time is not more important then mine, and when the office calls me 30 mins before to see I would Do a phone call, I would hope for some respect. He did not care. I felt like he was talking down to me and frankly I wanted to hang up and deal with someone else. He did not listen to me and made me feel like an idiot and I don’t know anything. Luckily he is not my PCM, and I will never go to him again. I got help somewhere else for my problem that he was unwilling to help… with.

This Dr. is very condescending and has zero bedside manner to the point I was just ready to leave the room. I can’t count how many times I was explaining my issues that he laughed at me. I had a very uneasy moment of silence while he stared me down while blocking the door trying to read me, obviously knowing I was upset. Almost creepy like. Never again.

I went to Dr Royal with concerns of post party’s depression. I was working a full time job with 2 kids and a deployed husband and he told me I just needed to find time for a nap and to exercise more. The nerve! It takes a lot for someone to reach out and ask for help and I left his office feeling very belittled and like I was causing this to myself. Please do not see this doctor.

I have seen this doctor for 2 years now, my pulmonologist whom I have had for over 10 years said I needed to be sent to the allergy clinic for testing so I could get help with my breathing problems and told me to tell Dr Royal-Priest to give me a referral. When I explained all this to Dr Royal-Priest he told me no I dont think you are ready for this. I had to argue with him and tell him he didn't really know me since he was my doctor for only 2 years and my pulmonologist has been my doctor for over 10yrs, and I thought my lung doctor knows more of my history than Royal-Priest. After arguing extensively in his office he finally gave me the referral reluctantly. I have been scoffed at by him and it was like he never really listened to what I had to say, he would treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about when I would try to tell him something that was going on with me. In my opinion I dont think this man knows much about medical care, and his demeanor is horrible, and I regret… ever being placed with him. From Day 1 of my visits with him I felt like I wasn't getting the care that I needed, and felt like I was swept under the rug and rushed out of his office. How does this man get away with the shoddy care he gives his patients?
