Dr. Paul Gray Ruff, MD

Dr. Ruff is a highly trained and experienced plastic surgeon. I have had numerous procedures on face and body as well as fat transfer and J Plasma. The J Plasma literally took 20 years off my face and closed the pores, tightened my skin. Recovery was gruesome but worth it. Not only is he an artist in plastic surgery he is a kind, caring, decent person who cares about his patients. I cannot recommend him highly enough and many of my friends have gone to him with excellent results. I trust him 100% without question for any procedure!

Dr Ruff did my nose in 2014 and he made my nose look beautiful and perfect and until this day no one knows I got my nose done!!! He is the best!!!

For the past 7 years or so, I've been considering a facelift, yet never quite had the courage to follow through. I interviewed several competent doctors, but none gained my confidence until I met Dr. Ruff. Dr. Ruff's manner was so open, knowledgeable, warm and engaging that I was reassured in a way I hadn't been before. I feel very nervous and intimidated around doctors, so it was difficult for me to describe accurately what I wanted done. My overall idea was that I was tired of expensive fillers and injections and wanted a natural, refreshed look that would hopefully carry me through the next 15 years. Dr. Ruff took a long, careful look at me and described what he might do. He was careful to be kind about my current appearance while making his suggestions, which takes quite a bit of tact! His gentleness and reassurance were much appreciated. He promised me I would not emerge from surgery with a "wind-tunnel" look, and I took him at his word. Somehow, I found the… courage to commit, and carried through with both laser re-surfacing and a facelift. Four months out, the results are almost unbelievably wonderful. I haven't seen this current face of mine since I was in my early 40's. To say Dr. Ruff exceeded my expectations would be the understatement of the century. There is truly no tight, "wind-tunnel" look, for which I am eternally grateful - only a freshened, more youthful face. Absolutely no one that I haven't told has guessed that I had work done, but make funny comments such as, "You are really so much younger than I first thought," or, "You really look just so pretty today!" I also realize that, through expert fat grafting, Dr. Ruff has rid me of a life-long plague - namely, deep, dark under-eye shadows. I really can't believe it. I've always bought glasses in a shape designed to help conceal them - now, those glasses seem too large on my face. No shadows to conceal. Incredible! I also noticed that my earlobes, along with the rest of my face, seemed a bit swollen at first (something I wasn't expecting). Dr. Ruff explained that he injects a little fat into them, as wrinkled earlobes can be a "tell" that a woman has had "work done." I appreciated that!!! Earlobes now youthful looking and back to normal. :) No experience in life is completely perfect, and I would like to warn anyone considering having these procedures that the laser re-surfacing will really leave you looking shockingly bad for about two weeks. I was expecting bruises and stitches, but the laser resurfacing really surprised me. Looking back, Dr. Ruff and the staff did warn me, but probably I could have used a bit more concrete detail as I was pretty nervous about it for some time. Just as they predicted, though, the results were ultimately amazing and worthwhile. A superb plastic surgeon - professional, warm, up-to-date, artistic.

Botched BREAST! If you are looking for a botched surgery please allow Dr. Ruff to help you out. You will pay above market price for sub market service. My boobs are BOTCHED...lip sided and weirdly shaped now. I went to have a different surgeon correct Dr. Ruff’s work. He declined... would not attempt to correct the mess Dr. Ruff created, not for any amount of money. I regret the day I met Dr. Ruff.

I just had an augmentation and I feel wonderful. Taking my meds on time and as prescribed. Dr. Ruff himself texted me to see how I was feeling the evening after my surgery. I felt like family.

Dr. Ruff and his staff have been professional and helpful from the moment I called for a consultation. I had a "mommy makeover" (tummy tuck, breast augmentation, and lipo). Dr. Ruff was able to fix a mini tummy tuck I had a few years back, which left me with a belly button only an inch from my pubic hair line. Michelle, his coordinator, put us in a wonderful hotel the night before, and we stayed a second night. Dr. Ruff came to the room I was in so that I wouldn't have to leave my room the next morning for my post-op. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and so far I am very pleased with the work!!! I would definitely refer him to anyone looking to improve their appearance both surgically and non-surgically!!!!!

Doctor Ruff 8 years ago did a augmentation implantation (breast implants) and from the moment I met him I was amazed! Then further just after surgery the results were amazing and here I am just as pleased from day one as I am now 8 years later! Mine look as great today as they did after the bruising went away! And I was back at work 2 days after surgery! I love the man! He is a genius! Thank you! I believe whole heatedly he is a 10 in my book!

I've always had extra skin over my eyes (hooded). I saw Dr. Ruff's befores/afters and was quite impressed. A couple of weeks after that, I did the surgery. I'm extra happy and look rested and bright-eyed. The scar is fading/healing well and the symmetry is great. He took just enough off and it looks natural; my close friends just commented on how great I looked but couldn't pinpoint exactly what had changed. He's a caring,kind man too.

Dr. Ruff is the greatest him did my tummy tuck back in 2002, after undergoing a gastric bypass. I know I was one of his copmplicated patients, but he was always so kind to me. Went over everything with me and his staff was wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Ruff and he doesn't know yet he will be doing my thigh lift very soon Lol.
