He is kind, thoughtful, patient and takes the time to throughly explain his thoughts and how to proceed. He welcomes input from the patient and his sense of humor is unparalleled. Doctor Paul Sanford is an exceptiona physician. He takes the time to listen, and asks questions appropriately. He has a terrific sense of humor and makes the patient feel comfortable. He once helped my father who was being admitted to the hospital get to his room by wheeling the cart by himself to the hospital room. He explained that they were short of orderlies, and although he did not have a license, he thought he could drive one of these things. We made it safely. He is a great diagnostician, and after using the "big words" explains everything so you can understand. I cannot say enough good things about him, I have NEVER been disappointed by him. It is always positive. And this is coming from a patient who has a boatload of problems, he just tackles them one by one. He is great!!
