Dr. Paul Anthony Sardella, MD

New Dr at Texas Pain Relief Group. Came into room after waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes after appointment time. Did not introduce MA Nicole, then ask Nicole to tell him about patient from her medical records! Nicole did a poor job of summary of my Mom's medical history! Did not tell him the correct drugs used. Dr Sardella stated that he did not know about patient until he in room. Why didn't Dr Sardella read about his new patients, when he taking over practice? Bad first impression in 5 minute with Dr Sardella & MA Nicole. Nicole was busy, non-caring and abrupt. New RX not received same day as appointment.

This Dr. was the most rude and obnoxious I ever seen. I hope I never see him again!

HE was GREAT ! Actually listened to ME & was interested in helping with MY P A I N...Like no one has in a long time !

I had been seeing Dr. Sardella for coming up on a year. He was magnificent as was his staff. He worked worked very closely with me on a medical that before I had just understood I would lay in bed die with. But no, his course of care helped me. I didn't even know injectables could be done for my problem! He helped me work on my anxiety from past surgery that went bad, he talked to me about my life. He wasn't just a doctor with a prescribing pad. Then one Monday I went in for my appointment at his location. He was no longer there. I was left in the hands of someone I didn't know and knew less about my condition. I can understand if he could not go on working with the team of doctors. The least he could do was leave us patients who trusted him his forwarding information. We picked you as our provider Dr. Sardella for a reason.

IT WAS HARD TO SWALLOW THIS PILL WHEN I HEARD DR SARDELLA WAS NOT WORKING AT THE OFFICE ANYMORE. I ASKED THE STAFF AND THEM TOO DIDNT KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPENED. I WAS WITH DR SARDELLA FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND A 1/2...HE KNEW ME MORE THAN SOME OF MY CLOSES FRIENDS. I FELT I COULD TALK TO HIM ABOUT ANYTHING, AND I OPENED UP TO HIM AT TIMES AND HE ALWAYS KNEW WHAT TO SAY. EVEN THOUGH HE WAS MY DR, I CONSIDERED HIM A VERY CLOSE FRIEND. I HOPE I CAN FIND OUT WHERE HE WENT TOO CAUSE I REALLY DONT WANT TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER DR. HE'S A RARE BREED AND ALWAYS TOOK HIS TIME TO LISTEN AND RECOMMENDED THE BEST CARE FOR MY PARTICULAR NEED. HOPE TO SEE HIM SOON.

I was very pleased to have Dr. Sardella step in and gladly take me on as a patient after my own pain management Dr. retired. After approximately 6 mos. of being a patient 2 days post surgery, I was informed that he no longer worked at Central Texas Plain Clinic without and warning or forwarding information from either himself or his staff. And to make matters worse, he was the doctor who referred me for surgery. At the least, I find this poor bed manners as I would like to return to him as a patient

Had seen him prior and this time around, he was very dismissive. One of his staff was very rude and sarcastic and I called twice to discuss major concerns and no one called me back.
