Dr. Paul R Satwicz, MD

Could not diagnose a simple whiplash injury in a year and a half of seeing him. Finally gave up and referred me to another clinic. I saw his colleague instead and had an instant diagnosis. Dr. Satwicz is purported to be a doctor in a pain clinic, yet every question I ever asked him about whiplash was met with, "I don't know." Even funnier, denied me pain medication because it was not indicated for "what you have." Awful clinic with very inexperienced people in positions of authority. Don't waste your time unless you want to beat your head against the wall and you like that sort of aggravation. Staff ignores emails asking for help. Staff has poor judgement. Staff does not work with patients or trust them to do the right thing. Staff treats EVERYONE as a drug abuser.

Dr. Satwitz is truly the most patient, caring, good hearted human being I've had the pleasure of knowing. He listens to you and he truly cares. The staff at the pain clinic are ALL amazing from the nurses, secretary, scheduling even billing. They are a team, they are very professional but not cold. I'm more than a number when I go there. I matter, my pain matters and I know that I am being listened to. Cheryl Marks NP that works with Dr. Satwitz is an angel. She is a gift from god.
