There was substantial wait time in the examination room, but my appointment was at 3 o'clock and by that time I know that you have an opportunity for 20 people to have been late to their appointment so now everybody else is running late, so I realize that's just part of what happens

Very knowledgeable about the medicines. Found one I didn't need to continue with.

Only in it for the money. Nurses are rude. He curses and thinks it's acceptable. Doesn't explain what is about to happen just tells you what to do and expects you to do it. They DO NOT LISTEN to the patient at all. Said I'm not sick at all and I went somewhere else only to find out that I have actual real health issues that he should have caught to begin with but didn't care to catch at all. Which leads me back to the beginning when I said they're only in it for the money! They want your insurance money or your money they honestly could care less don't let them fool you!

I happen to know quite a few people in the community. I was told Dr. Paul Scadden was thorough and caring. I had been experiencing several symptoms from major fatigue, brain-fog (which feels like you just can't seem to think fast enough to connect things at times) and twitching nerves or muscles-once in a while, yet often enough that is was concerning. I was having the twitching nerve/muscles anywhere, at any time. I also had this terrible feeling of overall-ill and I couldn't really explain it, but it was intense at times and I just felt 'sick'. I blamed it all on my thyroid. Well, I had seen doctor several times at his practice and I truly thought he was going to get me headed in the right direction, which we agreed he would refer me out if needed, so I could get to the bottom of these symptoms. Nope. Instead I received a letter of dismissal from the practice which included and all the other Scheurer Healthcare practices-including the hospital, because I made the comment 'I don't… feel like doctor is listening to me.' Come to find out, I am indeed very physically sick-which is documented by a licensed medical doctor. I know Dr. Scadden thought I was what some call a 'mental case.' Shame on doctors who do not listen and the healthcare networks who support them. I happen to love this life and I want to live-not have to beg for a doctor to help get to the cause of symptoms. The N.P. Brenda, was usually very kind. The office staff was usually respectful and polite as well, but if you are genuinely ill, don't expect anyone in the office to believe you. Doctor's are not God, but God has given them an ability and desire to help. I thank God I was dismissed from his family practice because it was the beginning of another healthcare provider that listened and got me where I needed to go to be treated for the chronic, physical disease I do have. I hope the doctor is listening to people who feel 'ill' now. Just because a complete blood count is 'fine' doesn't mean a persons health is fine if they feel ill!!
