They don’t listen. Rude staff. The son who makes the dentures must be new. Dentures are rough, too small, then too big. Then they all get annoyed at any criticism. Very willing though to sell you their “Premium” set at a much higher price. Looks like my mother is out almost $ 5k.

Made my dentures. Let my mouth bleed for weeks. Would not even look in my mouth to correct problem, but sent some young attendant that was not even a dental student to correct problem. After three weeks of bleeding and three visits to his office I had to seek help elsewhere. Almost two months of weekly visits, I am the proud owner of the worst fitting dentures. The only attention he showed me, or any qualified dentist for that matter was to sell me the dentures.

Though I appreciate being able to be seen quickly for an extraction, don't expect any bedside manner, caring attitude, or appreciation for your financial status. This man is really full of himself and his egomaniacal, smug self-importance did nothing for me except to never return for dentures that I need, and I will not refer anyone to this practice. He forgets there are a lot out there with kind, caring doctors. After my consultation, he made a remark about it being a "self-choice" on the condition of my teethe. What I wanted to tell him was that I wish I had had the "self-choice" in taking care of my teeth. But living is real, and that includes the fact that some people are not able financially to have dental care done due to lack of insurance, funds, and unexpected life events that you have no control over. Believe me, I would love to have had this choice. I might have felt better about myself and I know the role it played in obtaining certain job positions. Once I didn't… say immediately do the $5000 dentures he proposed and that I had to wait until after the first of the year, he informed that he would go ahead and extract the bad tooth but "don't expect to come in here next month or the next and expect him to extract any others. I don't play that game." I also informed him, as I do with any doctor, that I am in recovery and am seen/prescribed by an MD with a medication that aids in my recovery. I never hide it knowing full well there are people/doctors that look down on a MEDICAL ILLNESS named addiction. He let me know with an acid tongue that I sure wouldn't be getting any pain medication. I never asked for any so I feel that remark was totally uncalled for. That's when I decided I wanted out of that office real quick. Remember, my lack of returning or referring anyone to your practice is a SELF CHOICE, and he should remember that we are the patients with rights. Don't go if you don't like condescending people

Following complete upper alveoplasty and a new denture the gum tissue was removed unevenly. He liked to make jokes about "gum gardening" but not enough was done. I contacted the clinic and I was basically told "tough luck". When I tried to talk to them about it further I was hung up on. This was the clinic he worked at in Arlington, Tx I've had a crooked smile and fake looking dentures that droop down on one side. DON'T SEE THIS GUY!
