Dr. Paul A. Sibley, DO

I've been under Dr. Sibley's care for the past 3 years. I cannot express my gratitude in words for his ongoing commitment to help me surgically and non surgically toward helping me get my wrist back to where it was prior to a motor vehicular accident in 2018. Dr. Sibley is an outstanding orthopedic surgeon! He has a very natural, warm, down to earth way of projecting concern for his patients. Dr. Sibley speaks with his patients in a non-intimidating manner and makes us feel, myself anyway, that we are part of our treatment plan. Dr. Sibley just has a natural talent of making his patients feel calm and involved with their healthcare decisions. I couldn't recommend a better orthopedic surgeon with his level of expertise and compassion!!

I that patients are in a very vulnerable position since we do not have the expertise in the medical field. In today’s world we have to rely on “Dr Google’ or reviews to find the best surgeon but we don’t know the experience one has in the surgical area to correct one’s issue/problem. This is why an open two-way communication, trust, and mutual respect are so essential in doctor-patient relationships. This is my second different surgery performed by Dr Paul Sibley. He is in my ‘excellent hand surgeon category’. I ask myself what makes Dr Sibley so much better than the other hand surgeons that have operated on me. I would have to say, along with his outstanding surgical skills, his insight and knowledge of how to correct an issue, his communication skills, his personality and the doctor-patient relationship puts him above the rest.

I traveled 70 miles to meet with a wrist specialist/ surgeon who has expertise in the Aptis Procedure and it was worth the travel time. Dr Paul Sibley was so caring and did his reading because he knew my surgery history issues very well and was very personable. My initial contact was when he called me so I could interview him before I made my appointment about my wrist issue. At my appointment he spent 50 minutes with me discussing my surgery options and what he felt was best for me. He was never in a hurry, I was very impressed with his wrist expertise. I scheduled surgery with him and feel good and comfortable that I made the right surgeon decision. I highly recommend Dr Sibley, he is truly amazing person

Great sense of humor, put me at ease. Excellent surgery (can barely see my scar!) and best of all, NO PAIN!

Dr. Sibley went above and beyond any expectations I had. He shared any and all information with me and my family throughout the entire process. All of my surgeries went extremely well and I had a great experience even though it was a difficult time. It was a better experience than I could have even imagined.

I came out of my visit more educated than when I went in. He is a great teacher to the resident in the room too.

He did my surgery wide awake and I had no pain during the whole process! I was amazed and even watched!

I had a ligament tear where he used my tendon to make a new ligament. I feel like I have my strength back. Thanks Dr. S!

Grest shared decision making. He gives you options and the pros and cons for each. I came out of the office much more informed than when I entered or what I found online.

He does not sit in front of a computer. He looks you eye to eye and does a good history and physical. I felt at ease with his care and his whole staff.
