Dr Singh and his staff on Edwards Mill Rd are the best! Two orthopedic surgeons in Raleigh recommended Dr Singh to me with my lower back pain. I’ve received guided injections from Dr Singh for two years with great success. Recently I experienced excruciating lower back pain and rushed to an ortho urgent care. A shot and some prescriptions did nothing. After 5 more days of excruciating pain the ortho dr said they could not help and said to call Dr Singh. I did and he took me right in. His staff was so compassionate, provided a wheel chair, water and a pillow! Dr Singh provided the appropriate guided injection and my pain disappeared immediately . He ordered an MRI and it showed some bulging disks and a herniation. I’m 6 weeks out, no pain. He is wonderful!

Dr. Singh has treated me for three years, treated two family members and several physicians of mine. As both a patient and a healthcare analyst by trade, I can say that Dr. Singh is very well respected in the health care community by his peers. He is well known to patients in the community for helping them to keep active as well. Dr. Singh has helped me and my family members to overcome lower lumbar and c-spine challenges with well-targeted injections. While my c-spine issues required unavoidable surgery due to injury - my recovery was in weeks, not months thanks to his help. I admire Dr. Singh’s ability to treat very painful issues without going to narcotic drugs as a solution, even when arriving in serious pain. He listens and is empathetic. And Dr. Singh is very patient with explaining the diagnosis, how he will treat the issue and with answering lots of questions. He is excellent in reviewing medical records, imaging and in assessing approaches to treatment and the degree to… which prior treatment helped. The Carolina Spine Center staff are highly professional, caring and are wonderful with follow-up. I have been to all three locations and they clean and well designed with a very high-tech procedure room. I highly recommend Dr. Singh to anyone looking to stay active (even for my elderly mother) and avoid surgical options, when possible. I believe, thanks to Dr. Singh, I will live the highest possible quality of life - avoiding pain and keeping active.

Dr. Singh on almost every visit treats most patients the same, has shown multiple instances for lack of care, empathy, or even concentrating on the symptoms that patients report. I have had him belittle, make snarky comments, and had the demeanor that he is the smartest, biggest, ect. and everyone else is below him. Unless you want to be perpetually aggravated at his demeanor or if you want him to show lack of care, then turn around and prescribe very controlled substances to people that have no medical problems and use them recreationally or to sell for a large sum, worsening the pharmaceutical problem in our country, you may best look elsewhere.

I moved from Maryland and have been on pain management for over 7 years. The amount of medicine I was on should have knocked out a horse!! I started seeing Dr Singh about 5 months ago. Not only do I not have to go every month, he allows every other month, but the injection he did in ,y neck actually worked. I have had upwards of 50 injections in last 3 years as well as 2 lower spine fusions, 1 neck fusion, and a spinal cord stimulator placed. This was first time I actually felt relief!!

Dr Singh and his staff went the extra nth mile to make sure my first visit was the best. Dr Singh is very caring, listens to the patient, and knows his work. He was already able to give great relief right on the first visit. Hope I get more relief in a couple of weeks on my second visit.

I have received treatment from Dr. Singh for the past 4 yrs. Dr. Singh has helped my condition to improve at least 90% than before I started treatment with him. I appreciate Dr. Singh as well as Dr. Torras and they both have wonderful personalities towards me as a patient. Ava White has a beautiful personality towards patients as well. On the other had the girls at the front desk , as well as Neema Patel need an attitude adjustment. Their personalities are extremely unacceptable and causes the appointment with the Doctor a dreadful visit. “Patel is horrible!” Patel should learn to be more caring for the patient, “especially the Black patients!” “However, Dr.Singh and Dr. Torres are the BEST!!!”

Dr. Singh is without question the best diagnostician and empathetic physician I have ever seen.

Was so impressed with Dr. Singh today. Was referred by my surgeon to be evaluated . After seeing him today I am very confident that he will do all he can to find the cause for pain and numbness in my left arm and hand. He was very thorough, compassionate and spent time answering all my questions without me feeling rushed. I am scheduled to go back, and would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

Dr. Singh is the best, He takes his time and makes sure that Ive understood everything that has happened. He never makes me feel like another number but his love and genuine care is what brings me back each visit. Dr. Singh is number one in my book!!!!
