Horrible Doctor. Not worth one star

Staff never answers the phone. On hold for over 48 minutes. A waste of a patient of Dr Smith.

I had my first appt with Dr P. Travis Smith which I waited 15 min in the waiting area & another 25 min in the exam room. He came in & was not friendly, was in a rush & could have cared less on what I was telling him about my pneumonia I got the end of Feb 2019 through May 2019. He was not interested & did not want to be there. His customer service & patient bedside manner is horrible! I would never go back to him & I cancelled my follow up appt, Nor would I ever, ever, recommend Dr P. Travis Smith to anyone who wants to see a friendly, good bedside manner who looks like he actually enjoys being a Dr & helping people because that is not him & you will be thoroughly Disappointed!

Had a first & last appt with Dr P. Travis Smith in Lake Mary FL! I sat in the waiting room 30 min & exam room 30 minutes before I actually saw him. He spent 6 minutes with me & I could tell he was in a hurry to get out of the room with me. His bedside manner is horrible. He has no interest in listening to a patient. I wouldn’t go back to his office if he was the last Dr on earth! The lady in back at the long counter across from exam rooms was very unprofessional & his nurse “Kelly” as well, she didn’t listen & kept interrupting me when I asked a question. The whole office needs a re-vamp. Don’t waste your time or insurance at this office!

Dr. Smith has no consideration for the patient's time. Expect to wait at least an hour or more.

I visited Dr Smith for a diagnosis of sleep apnea and I underwent a sleep study. They contacted a provider for cpap and they sey me up with my supplies. The treatment has its benefits and I am well. Alicia the tech at the sleep center explained the process and she is very professiomal.I will return to the office to get information on new treatments.
